Jordan Hansen
Young Adult Pastor
As the Young Adults Pastor at Evangel Temple, Jordan Hansen oversees the ministries relating to the "20Twenty" community of young adults and "Men’s Ministry." College students, graduate students, young professionals, and young married couples have found a place to grow spiritually, connect to each other, and actively participate in God’s mission to both Springfield, MO and the rest of the world.
Jordan was born in Spokane, WA and grew up in the greater Seattle Metro area. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Northwest College (University) and an M.Div. from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He studied abroad at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary in Baguio City, Philippines where he also completed an intensive summer missions training program called "Missions Training Institute."
Following Jesus has allowed Jordan to direct land-tours in Alaska, Yukon Territory, Canada, and New York City, serve with a missions organization called “Surfing the Nations” in Honolulu, HI, intern with “OneHope” in Nigeria, Argentina, and Uruguay, and pastor youth in Orange County, CA. The adventure of walking with Jesus on life’s journey has shaped his worldview and increased his capacity for faith.
"20Twenty" will continue to promote community, teach missional living, provide opportunities to serve, and invite people to explore vintage Christianity under Jordan’s leadership.
