John Ulrick

Associate Pastor

As Associate Pastor, John Ulrick oversees Evangel Temple's Adult Christian Education, Mothers of PreSchoolers (MOPS), Financial Peace University, the Alpha Course, Hospitality Ministries, and Membership. While Pastor John has served almost every age group at Evangel Temple in some way since 2006, he joined the pastoral staff full-time in July, 2011.

John is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and a Chaplain Candidate in the Army Reserves. He has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Evangel University and will graduate from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in May, 2012.

John's passion is helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ. John especially has a passion to help parents learn how to disciple their own children and be the godly examples God has called them to be. Through the ministries under his leadership, John is dedicated to helping people commit to membership in the body of Christ, grow in maturity, discover their God-given talents, and reach out in ministry.

John has been married to his wife for ten years and has three wonderful children.
