Upcoming Membership Class
ET’s Membership class, Membership Connection, will be offered on Wednesday, March 31, 6:30-8:30 p.m., in the church office. This class is designed to introduce people to the inner workings of Evangel Temple and satisfy a requirement for membership. Watch for more information and sign up at the Welcome Center.

Haitian Report
Dr. Jeanne Orr (Counselor) and Tara Arsenault Tacker (Physical Therapist) will be joining Rick Salvato (PA) in Haiti this week to care for the Haitian people. Over 300 patients are being seen daily by Health Care Ministries. Please keep this ministry team in your prayers.

Media Volunteer Opportunity
We are currently looking for an individual who is available to help with the power point once a month (on the second Sunday) at 9a.m. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact Jason Pudlo, 380-6717.

Light for the Lost Banquet
The banquet will be held on Friday,  March 26, 7:00 p.m. at Park Crest Assembly of God, 3581 South Kansas Avenue. Ticket price is $7 per person. The guest speaker is Manny Pradhudas, missionary to Madagascar. Call Park Crest A/G, 619-4243, for tickets.

GO GREEN  -  Recycle Your Old Cell Phones
Drop off your old cell phones at the Welcome Center. Funds will be used for Royal Family Kids Camp.

Ladies 7-week Bible Study
A new study, “Stepping Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent” by Beth Moore, started last Wednesday, 6:30-8:00 p.m. Join us each week, March 10-April 21, in room 205. Childcare is available.

Come n’ Go Wedding Shower
A Come n’ Go Wedding Shower will be held in honor of Sarah Drake, fiancée of Josh Cooper, on Saturday, March 27, 2010, from 10 a.m. until noon. The shower will be held at the home of Kathy Willemsen, 3928 N. F.R. 165 in north Springfield (directions can be picked up at the Welcome Center). Sarah is the daughter of Fred & Pam Drake and Josh is the son of Larry & Jan Cooper. Sarah and Josh are registered at Bed Bath & Beyond.
