Field Elementary—Backpack Food Collection   
Evangel Temple partners with Field Elementary to provide food
to needy children in our neighborhood!  While food is collected weekly, our next food drive date is next Sunday, March 14!  Fill a grocery sack for needy kids. Check the bulletin insert for more information.

Upcoming Membership Class
ET’s Membership class, Membership Connection, will be offered on Wednesday, March 31, 6:30-8:30 p.m., in the church office. This class is designed to introduce people to the inner workings of Evangel Temple and satisfy a requirement for membership. Watch for more information and sign up at the Welcome Center.

Mark Your Calendars-ET’s New Directory Coming Soon!
ET is excited to announce that plans are in the works for a new photo directory! Photo dates are April 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, & 13. Online sign-ups begin soon with sign-ups in the foyer to follow.  Be watching for more details.

Volunteer of the Year
Congratulations to Dan Titus and David Sims who were honored at the annual dinner last Sunday evening for their outstanding service to Evangel Temple. Others who were recognized by our Pastoral staff for outstanding service were: Alice Northcutt, Tim Goode, Jason Pudlo, Jana Justman, Mark & Gwen Comer, Christie Gangwes, and Debbie Moses. Over 250 people attended this great evening of recognition.  ET would not exist without volunteers; we love and appreciate you all!

Media Volunteer Opportunity
We are currently looking for an individual who is available to help with the power point on the second Sunday of each month at 9a.m. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact Jason Pudlo, 380-6717.

Light for the Lost Banquet
The banquet will be held on March 26, 7:00 p.m. at Park Crest Assembly of God, 3581 South Kansas Avenue. Guest speaker will be Manny Pradhudas, missionary to Madagascar.

Ladies 7-week Bible Study
A new study, “Stepping Up: A journey through the Psalms of Ascent” by Beth Moore, begins this Wednesday, 6:30-8:00 p.m. Join us each week, March 10-April 21 in room 205. Sign up and more information att the Welcome. Center Childcare is available.

Men's Softball

Retirement Congratulations
To Bettyann Shuert after almost 20 years working in Cox Rehab Services. She was a Department head during most of her time with Cox. During that time she served on Physical Therapy Advisory Boards of OTC, MSU and SBU. Her plans are now to do some traveling.
