Royal Rangers
Royal
Rangers is a program for young men in grades K-12. At Evangel
Temple Royal Rangers, grades K-8, meet at "The Barn"
on Wed. nights from 6:30 - 8:00PM.
The
real attraction for boys in the Ranger program is the Activity.
Rangers have opportunities to participate in age specific
activities such as camping, pinewood derby cars, model rocketry,
caving, etc. The boys are challenged to learn about nature
and many other healthy subjects and are given recognition
for their work and achievements.
Boys
involved in Royal Rangers experience growth in four ways:
mentally by a merit-based advancement program, physically
by participation in recreation and outdoor adventures, socially
through participation in group activities and learning how
to treat others, and spiritually through prayer, bible study
and memorization.
Royal Rangers at Evangel Temple is just one outpost of the
Royal Ranger program that ministers to boys across the United
States and in 65 countries.
