We will encourage, equip and empower men to Release “their” ministry and become Godly champions in worship, witness, discipling, fathering, marriage, ministry, work, mentoring, academics, sports, hobbies, and service.

Men of “E.T.”...
"Men R-4 Ministry” is the men’s ministry of Evangel Temple. We are building a dynamic ministry that addresses the needs of men of all ages. I am grateful for Laird Thompson’s vision and leadership. Statistics reveal that families and congregations are more likely to thrive when men are actively engaged in their faith. “Men R-4 Ministry” gatherings are designed to draw men of all ages to Jesus Christ and reach across generational age groups.
I encourage each man of “E.T.” to get involved in some aspect of “Men R-4 Ministry” and witness a positive difference in your life.
The purpose of the E.T. men’s ministry is to provide men with opportunities to develop godly character, and equip men to influence their world for Christ. I believe that becoming a Christian is not a destination; it is the beginning of a life-long journey. To fulfill this journey, hopefully you will become involved in a ministry group or a small group and as a result become all God wants you to be.

Mighty Men of God,
God calls all men to fulfill His purposes through the gifts, talents, skills, abilities, heart, personality, and experiences that He has given you. You are special, God made you uniquely you and wants you to be YOU! Nobody else can be you, except YOU! God created you for a purpose and has equipped you with all spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus to fulfill that purpose. So, Be yourself and do what God created you for. Find your ministry and fulfill God’s purposes and plans for your life. Minister the love and grace of God to a hurting world and see souls saved. They are counting on you TO BE YOU.
The philosophy of Men R-4 Ministry is that Every Man is a Minister. This is the Priesthood of believers and recognizes that everyone has an important role to fill in the Body of Christ. With this in mind, ask God how He can use you to lead people into a growing relationship with the Jesus Christ.

LIFE IN THE SPIRIT - Sunday School Class

God has blessed believers through the Baptism in the Holy Spirit with with the empowerment of spiritual gifts for evangelism and ministry. The church needs to utilize all their spiritual gifts dispersed in the Body of Christ by having everyone learn about, develop, and put into operation the supernatural spiritual gifts God has given them. Life In The Spirit, a new Sunday School Class, seeks to do just that. The focus of the class will be to explore the gifts and work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the church and believer. The class will involve teaching, worship, prayer, and practical ministry time. Topics and teachers will vary from time to time as we draw on the wisdom and anointing from many of our gifted saints, so watch the bulletin. If you are seeking after God and the baptism in the Holy Spirit or desire to pray for, find, and develop your spiritual gifts to build the Kingdom, then Life In The Spirit is for you.
MEN IN FLIGHT - SMALL GROUPS
MISSION STATEMENT: Men In Flight is committed to growing Godly men through small groups.
Almost every man has a different definition of discipleship. No matter what definition is used to describe it, very few men, though, are involved in hands-on discipling. At the same time, most men believe that Christ’s command to make disciples is for us today. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,..., and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you” (Matt. 28:19-20). This is what small groups are all about. Call them cell, accountability, or Bible study groups, small groups for men are where relationships, personal spiritual growth, and fulfillment of the Great Commission actually occur. Small groups do not normally start out with unsaved men in the group. But as the group matures the members start inviting unsaved and minimally committed men and things start happening.
How long has it been since you have personally experienced life changing spiritual growth, seen someone mature step-by-step, or the Joy of seeing someone accept Jesus as their Lord as Savior?
